The Ritz $425.00 per month

The Ritz is our newly constructed 8 stall raised center aisle barn named for its plush amenities. This barn features a 12 x 12’ stall with a large paddock and includes turnout into a private pasture every day. This barn also includes supplemental feeding services supplied by the owner. Horses are fed 2x day and stalls cleaned 7 days a week. Bedding is available for an extra $50.00 month. Other services are available on request.

The Bunkhouse $425.00 per month

The Bunkhouse is our indoor shedrow style barn. This barn features 5 – 14×16 pipe panel stalls with paddocks. This barn includes turnout, feeding 2x day, and cleaned 7 days a week.

Pasture $250.00 per month

The Creek bottom pasture is an 8 acre pasture encompasing a portion on Lone Tree Creek. Horses have the open side of our historic redwood barn as a shelter and wind break and are fed 2x day. The Upland pasture is a 4 acre pasture with an 18×18’ shelter.

The OK Corrals $325.00-350.00 per month

The OK Corrals are large pipe rail corrals. Larger corrals will house two horses annd single corrals include turnout. Each corral has a shelter. Corrals are cleaned daily or as needed. Horses are fed 2x day.
